Meeting Re-cap: Saturday, April 11th, 2026

Another great Saturday at UWI for Meeting #14! Here’s the rundown:

• Jevaughn hosted our icebreaker — a guess-who game that had everyone really engaged. Great work!
• Curtis and Jen prepared our discussion questions. We had a lively discussion, and the ball was put to work.
• Most controversial: Discussion point #4 on churches being tax-exempted
• Attendance: 12
• No new persons this week — let’s work on bringing some new folks for short-form reads next week!
• By the count, about 5 persons were on time. No sweets unless you’re early!
• 3 new full members: Kamari, Robeno, and Zanya — Congratulations!
• We announced the date for our pickleball event: Saturday, May 2nd. Deposits will be collected next week.
• Everyone agreed to submit their short-form read recommendations before 10pm.
